Mandatory practice begins Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. at Mentor High School. We will meet on the side of the gym. Please come ready to run. Everything important to XC will be passed out Wednesday morning. If you miss practice, please make sure you ask for everything you missed.

Practice will alternate between the high school and Garfield Park until school starts. Pre-school practice schedule will be handed out Wednesday. Once school is in session, mandatory practice will be held from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the high school unless otherwise noted.

All forms and pay to play fees are due at this time. Forms are available at the Mentor High School Athletics website. If your physical is expired please bring the new one with you Wednesday morning.
