Mentor Cross Country Pack Club

Committees, Non-Elected Positions, Volunteers

Webmaster:                                      Terese Dennison

The Webmaster is responsible for updating the pack club info on the mentor cross country web site.

Membership Chairperson:          Barb Denton

The Membership Chair is responsible for the pack club memberships, the team email list, and email distribution.

Cardinal Parent Club Rep:            Open

The Cardinal Parent Club Rep is responsible for representing the cross country team at the Cardinal Parents Club meetings.

Team Photo Volunteer:                Jan Iafelice

The Team Photo Volunteer is responsible for establishing a photo website for families to upload and share pictures.

Cardinal Classic Committee:       Terese Dennison

The Cardinal Classic Committee Leader is responsible for coordinating the preparation, planning and support for the coaches for a highly successful Cardinal Classic. Including field preparation, race day volunteers, and everything else!

Cardinal Classic Concessions:     Andrea Muenker

The Cardinal Classic Concessions Leader is responsible for coordinating food acquisition and scheduling of volunteers.

Cardinal Classic T-Shirts:             

The Cardinal Classic T-Shirt Volunteer is responsible for preparing and selling T-Shirts at the event.

Cardinal Classic Parking:               Joe Iafelice

The Cardinal Classic Parking Volunteer is responsible for parking, signs, recruiting volunteers, etc.

XC Camp Volunteer:                       OPEN

Responsible for acquiring volunteers and coordinating schedule to assist in food and drink preparations.

Friday Night Lights:                         OPEN

Responsible for acquiring volunteers and coordinating schedule to assist in food and drink preparations. Also responsible for scheduling race day volunteers as requested by coaches.

Auxiliary Fund Raiser:                   Andrea Muenker

The Auxiliary Fund Raiser Chairperson is responsible for implementing a raffle type event lasting one month (July 2011).

Scarlet & Gray Gala Rep:              Denise Petro

Parent/Coaches Apparel:             OPEN

The Parent/Coaches Apparel Volunteer is responsible for selecting, ordering and delivering apparel.

Pay-to-Play Pasta Party:               Denise Petro

The Pay-to-play pasta party volunteer is responsible for reserving the room, coordinating with the restaurant and setup.  Find a volunteer to run the 50/50 raffle.

Food for Meets:                               Andrea Muenker

The Food for Meets Volunteer is responsible for calling parents to volunteer meet lunches.

Time Trials / Pen Glen Picnic:    Denise Janosko

The Time Trials / Pen Glen Picnic Volunteer is responsible for reserving the park and coordinating volunteers.

The End of Year Breakfast Run Volunteer is responsible for reserving the park and coordinating volunteers.
