SUMMER RUNNING
Summer running is great conditioning for cross country. We strongly recommend that anyone running cross country in the fall be there. This is what will get you in the shape you need to be in for the season. If you show up the first day of practice, not going to SR, you will be behind the other runners! This is what makes the difference! If rides are a problem, just ask. There are plenty of drivers everyday!
First
Day is June 11th, 8AM @ Veterans Park by Shore Jr High
We will meet everyday (Mon-Fri) @ 8AM to run as a group
On
Tuesday & Thursday we will most likely have travel days to a
metropark.
We still meet at Veterans Park though. If you choose not to come on a
travel day, make sure to run on your own.
Kids need to make sure they are keeping a record of the miles run each week.
Turn in your weekly miles on Monday, if you miss practice, email them!
