• Tax exemption papers updated

Coach’s Report: The Time Trials will be back at Penitentiary Glen this year
• June 4th (Mon) 8am Summer Running starts at Veteran’s Park
• June 12th (Tues) 7pm Pack Club Meeting at Veteran’s Park
• July 13th (Fri) Friday Night Lights 5K
• July 17th- 21st (Tues.-Sat.) Cross Country Camp at Shore Middle School
• August 1st (Wed) First day of regular practice
• August 9th (Thurs) 2pm 500 mile relay
• August 9th (Thurs) 7pm Mandatory Parent meeting
• August 13th (Mon) Pasta Dinner
• September 1st (Sat) Cardinal Classic at Garfield Park

Upcoming Items: How do we encourage Middle School Parents to be involved and keep them informed?
• Include them in team e-mails, final forms, website information, invite them to volunteer, include them in summer running information, 500 mile relay day and time trial picnic.
• Joy Cimino and Carolyn Drotar: (end of April deadline) create a pamphlet to hand out that explains the pack club, what we do for the team and all our events.
• Change by-laws to state only High School team parents can be Pack Club board officers.

Next Meeting: May, date TBD
